How I Found Ryan!  / Brea Whitaker
At first I didn't know who Ryan White was. Until I was watching tv and they was playing all of Michael Jackson's videos. The video GONE TOO SOON had came. I was wondering who that cute little boy was. As I was listening to the song I started to cry. Then at the end it said Ryan White. So I started to do research on him. I was wondering how somebody could say mean stuff to him. I read they had a book about me so I got it. But I'm not finish reading it. If I was born I would have been his friend or girlfriend. He was nice sweet and caringwho loved life. Ryan didn't think he was going to die he just wanted to be a normal teenager like everybody else. I listen to Gone Too Soon almost every day. I wish he didn't die but he lived longer than suppose to. Ryan will always be in my heart. When I die I hope to see him there. R.I.P RYAN WHITE

I read this story a long time ago due to the fact that I was so deep with like everything that Micheal jackson did.

When i read the story how Micheal help Ryan through laughing and even beening a great friend you couldn't fine anyone better. I just want to say that now Ryan and Micheal are singing, dancing, laughing now together. Rest in peace Ryan and Micheal.

July 7: Celebrating Ryan and Remembering Michael  / Kerry Manning
I was particularly moved today during Michael Jackson's memorial service when Usher sang "Gone Too Soon." I was unfamiliar with the song but looked it up online tonight because the lyrics really spoke to my heart. I was quickly reminded of the beautiful link to Ryan White, to his life and his legacy. My mother passed away in June of 1990, just a few months after Ryan, and had spoken of a dream she had of walking alongside Ryan shortly after his death and before she herself died. Today's poignant performance of "Gone Too Soon" by Usher in remembrance of Michael Jackson brought it all back to me. It truly reminded me of the fragility of life and the beautiful connection between all of us. I remember Ryan vividly to this day, his courage and his example. I am thankful I witnessed how this wonderful young man handled himself in the face of great adversity. When I look at the video on MTV, I can only pause and smile through the tears. He and Michael are now at peace... together. Joy and celebration abound in Heaven tonight.

You've been a good boy!!  / Charis Leones (Fan)

hi I first saw ryan in the video of micheal jackson on myx it's a show here in the philippines where they payed tribute to the pop star...well i was curios about the song "Gone too soon" where a beautiful boy was featured...so I searched it in the internet.

When I read about his life...i was crying inside..for Ryan has fought for his life knowing that there are people who judged him..but still he remained strong!! and that inspired me the most about him..

I am now 18 years old... that video of Ryan has a big impact on me and I think it also did the same for many people..not just in america but all over the world!!

Even though I have'nt met him...but i admire him.... and for the things that he has done in his young life..he has been a good boy..and i knoe it for sure!!

God Bless!!

MY MOTHER IS A PCA. SHE WORKS AT A GROUP HOME THAT HOUSES HIV/AIDS VICTIMS. MOST PEOPLE ARE SO IGNORANT TO THE DISEASE THAT THEY FAIL TO REALIZE WHAT EFFECTS IT HAS UPON THE PERSON. NOT ALL PEOPLE GET IT THROUGH BEING SEXUALLY ACTIVE OR HOMOSEXUAL. I'VE COME TO LEARN BY EDUCATING MYSELF I NOW CAN'T BE APART OF THOSE ASSUMING TYPE PEOPLE. HIV/AIDS HAS NO FACE, CREED, OR RACE...THE PERSON NEXT TO YOU CAN HAVE IT AND YOU WON'T KNOW UNLESS THEY TELL YOU. I HOPE THROUGH HIS FOUNDATION PEOPLE WILL BECOME MORE OPEN-MINDED TO LEARNING ABOUT IT AND MAKING OTHERS AWARE OF IT.

That is so sad that is he gone he is such a nice kid  why did he had to suffer  now people  should learn from this   what he suffered from

hope we find a cure soon   ryan white is happy in heaven now

no more suffering   at least he got to meet ej    before

getting aids from someone does not mean your gay or not

it can be anybody who is not careful   will get it

you dont have to be gay to get aids   period.    i feel bad for ryan just because he had aids   anyone sould be allowed to go to school and learn  at least till the end    does not make anyone handicap because they have aids   it's a health  issue   he is a very smart kid

and it would of been great to meet him    i saw the ryan story

how people banned him from school it was not fair   people picking on him  and  photographers wore after him  just not leaving him alone   will he does not have to go throug that anymore   such a young age to die  and to soon

thanks for reading----"jt"

I remember 1st hearing about Ryan while watching the made for TV movie, The Ryan White Story. This movie broke my heart.  I didn't understand how people could be so cruel to treat him this way for something totally beyond his control.  I'm glad that Ryan's legacy is still living on through the foundation.  He seemed to be such a sweet boy and I'm sure he will always be missed.

Best of luck to the boy who taught us all to love....
